France’s AMF Sets June 30 Deadline for Crypto Firms to Obtain MiCA Authorization
France’s Autorité des Marchés Financiers reminded crypto-asset service providers that the transitional period allowing them to operate without MiCA authorization ends on June 30. According to AMF materials, firms that are not authorized under MiCA by July 1 must cease providing crypto-asset services or implement an orderly wind-down plan.
